If you are not buying from car dealer then I would suggest that before you purchase you buy a Vehicle History Check there are many company’s out there that offer this service like VIR and others.
you can check to see if there is money still owing on the vehicle and if there is a current Warrant of Fitness and Registration.
When you are buying your next car think about the car you are buying and whether it will suit your purpose is it a good car on fuel and do some research on it or ask someone else who has had one like it.
